1. Eat brekky without checking your phone or computer. 

 

2. Listen to an album all the way through.

 

3. Read a book thirty minutes (or more) before bed. 

 

4. Keep one browser window open at a time online. 

 

5. Check your emails / phone at scheduled times of the day. 

 

6. Declutter your workspace (physical and digital). 

 

7. Write down your tasks in a notebook instead of tackling everything at once or by memory. 

 

8. Divide your tasks into 20 or 30 minute intervals. 

 

9. Take time (real time!) to stretch or meditate without your phone.
